Introduction
Talk about FABULOUS!! This is a delicious homemade Keto/ Low Carb Spaghetti Sauce. This is perfect on any pasta, or as a marinara! I love homemade best because it allows us to control the amount of sugar included in our sauce.
Steps
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place tomatoes, garlic bulb and onion on the baking sheet. Drizzle w/ olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Roast for 35 to 45 minutes.
Remove your vegetables from the oven and allow them to cool.
Remove the skins from the tomatoes, and place onion, garlic, and tomatoes in a food processer. Blend until smooth.
Pour your tomato mixture into a large saucepan.
Add remaining ingredients.
Simmer on low heat for 40 minutes
Season to taste.
Allow sauce to cool and serve Or store in a jar mason jars in the freezer for up to 6 months.
