Introduction

This one is a keeper. Another dish that takes just minutes to prepare and cook. It's so satisfying and full of flavor.

Bacon Fried Cauliflower Rice

Steps

  1. Cook bacon in oven at 425 degrees

  2. Drizzle olive oil in the bottom of a hot skillet or wok

  3. Add cauliflower rice, shallots, garlic, and all-purpose seasoning Cook for 5 min. or until vegetables are almost tender. 

  4. When bacon is done remove from the oven and crumble. Reserve the bacon fat. 

  5. In a small bowl beat eggs and season with salt & pepper

  6. Move cauliflower rice to one side of the skillet or wok, pour about a tablespoon of bacon fat to the side that you have cleared and pour your egg into the skillet. Scramble until it begins to set then mix your cauliflower rice in with the egg. 

  7. Add crumbled bacon and liquid aminos.

  8. Cook for a minute more.

  9. Remove from heat and Enjoy!
